MIT Scholars of Finance is a chapter of Scholars of Finance, an organization where its primary focus is to espouse ethics, integrity, and stewardship among the finance leaders of tomorrow. We believe in strengthening and practicing our integrity, humility, compassion, and excellence to excel further in the world of Finance. Along with one of the world's greatest business schools, MIT Sloan School of Management, we worked together to build a competition for high schoolers to learn more about the finance space and have more exposure to the concepts and terminologies.
Joehyun Kim is the founder, lead, and problem staff of the competition. She was a former president of MIT Scholars of Finance in 2021- 2023. She is currently working at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors and is a mentor of Scholars of Finance to guide college students towards their desired path in Finance.
